Thank you for visiting Jemima & Me Photography. I'm June, a photographer and I love what I do. For many years I worked as a children's Nanny and I always had my camera on hand to record special or funny moments for parents. I enjoyed this so much that after some soul searching I decided that I wanted to study photography and when a Nanny contract came to an end I made the step into what has become the best decision I have ever made. It wasn't easy because I loved my job but I am so glad that I did. I studied Professional Photography and Digital Imaging in Glasgow for three years. I have now been in business for fifteen years and in that time have enjoyed photographing weddings all over Scotland from Sutherland to Glasgow. These days I mainly specialise in baby and children's portraits. So now I have the best of both worlds. I still get to meet the most amazing people and I still get to see lots of cuddly smiley babies. I am also fully insured for your peace of mind.
Why Jemima & Me ? A friend one day reminded me of a happy childhood memory and I couldn't resist becoming Jemima ! I believe life is to be enjoyed. I also believe that we are all different and we should celebrate those differences. Everyone deserves to feel special. This is at the heart of my business and is the reason why I love what I do. Tail Wags and Sparkles Pet Photography
Thirteen years ago I adopted a Dog's Trust puppy. This wee dog became such a huge part of my life that I wanted to create this special part of my business in celebration of our animal friends. These sessions are very popular. I have been enjoying working with so many lovely pets and their humans, so much in fact that I decided to have a special website just for them.
